Demain Beauty is a clean beauty brand founded by Sandra Gasmi. Its skincare, 100% naturally derived and certified organic, is enriched with pre- and probiotics to respect the skin's microbiome.
Its promise: simple routines, a cleanser and a cream morning and night, and an “inside out” approach that pairs skincare with collagen supplements.
“Our average order value was already very good: the diagnostic lets us raise it even further.”
Clara, e-commerce
A short, universal range, and advice that needed to feel expert.
A diagnostic that was too basic
Six questions, a list of products as a result: nothing that reflected the brand's scientific expertise, or its new identity.
Customers confused about the order
Products were shown without any order of application. Cream before oil? One cleanser or two? The same questions kept coming back.
Feeling heard
With skincare designed for every skin type, the challenge was making every customer feel truly understood.
A journey that goes deep into every skin.
Every visitor picks her concerns, then the diagnostic digs deeper: how her skin feels, diagnosed sensitivities (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea), cleansing habits, preferred texture, environment, and what matters to her in a skincare product.

A routine that fits
Minimalist, balanced or complete: each customer picks the routine level that suits her, true to the brand's promise of simplicity.

Step by step
The routine is shown in order of application, morning and night, with the role of each product.
The why behind each product
A text explains why each product is recommended, and it changes with the answers, age and concerns.
Inside out, built in
The age-appropriate collagen supplement is suggested when it addresses one of the customer's concerns.

A word from Sandra
The founder adds personalized advice to every result, just as she does on social media.
Orders that are even more complete.
Launched in May 2026, the diagnostic converts 3.4 times better than the rest of the store. Demain Beauty already had a high average order value, with customers happily buying routines rather than single products: the diagnostic raised it by another €29.
Altogether, it brings in 8% additional revenue, and 70% of visitors who start it make it to their routine, even though it's longer than the old one.
“The diagnostic goes much further into each customer's concerns, and maps out the path to the right products.”

Personas that guide communication.
Daily tracking
The e-commerce team checks the dashboard almost every day, and uses it for its end-of-month review.
Better-weighted profiles
Dry skin and more mature women turned out to be more common than expected: the brand now speaks to them more.
Ready-to-use segmentation
Every month, the personas shape the brand's newsletters and messaging.
“The personas show us which segmentation to use in our communication. We use them every month.”
Clara, e-commerce
